Requests settlement are regulated by Internal direction for unified procedure in use of the Act on Free Access to Information in conditions of the Slovak National Archives.

Accessibility of information on archival documents is specified in § 22 of the above mentioned Act.

Requested information is charged according to Ministry of Finance Ordinance No 481/2000 Coll. on Specifications of expense cover for access to information.
