Other request are settled by the Archives as well. In more complicated cases the requests are settled in the form of search which is charged according to tariffs of operations connected with search specified in the supplement to the Regulation of Archives Administration of the Ministry of the Interior of the SR No SVS-204-2001/00016.

Requests requiring heuristic activity are not settled by the Archives. Heuristics must be carried out by each requested individual himself/herself from available finding aids and archival documents in the search room of the Archives.
